The invention provides a high-precision medical solution pressurizing device. The high-precision medical solution pressurizing device comprises an inner shell and an outer shell; a plurality of plunger cylinders are arranged between the inner shell and the outer shell, and the multiple plunger cylinders surround the inner shell at intervals; piston rods in the plunger cylinders penetrate through the inner shell till reaching the interior of the inner shell; an eccentric wheel is arranged inside the inner shell and is in power connection with a drive unit; a transmission plate is hinged to theinner wall of the inner shell; the inner wall of the inner shell is connected to the transmission plate through an elastic piece; the tail end of the transmission plate is movably pressed on the eccentric wheel; the transmission plate is movably connected with a transmission block moving along the transmission plate back and forth; and the transmission block is hinged to the tail ends of the piston rods. The high-precision medical solution pressurizing device has the beneficial effects that vibration and noise in the running process of the device are lowered, the soft impact and hard impact inthe running process of the device are reduced, the pressurizing precision of a medical solution is improved, the mechanical loss of the device is reduced, the stability of the device is improved, andthe service life of the device is prolonged.
