The invention discloses a high-temperature-resistant and abrasion-resistant water-based ceramic coating. The coating is prepared through the following raw materials in parts by mass: 50-100 parts of an acrylic resin emulsion, 22-26 parts of silicon-fluorine modified styrene-acrylic resin, 5-10 parts of nano molybdenum disilicide, 5-10 parts of ceramic aggregate, 5-10 parts of a mica powder, 5-8 parts of butyl acetate, 5-15 parts of isobutyl alcohol, 1-2 parts of a thickening agent, 0.2-0.5 part of a defoaming agent, and 0.15-0.3 part of a flatting agent.
