Disclosed is a preparation method of an acid and alkali corrosion resistant pump. The method includes the following steps that (1) raw materials are mixed uniformly according to the ratio of all the raw materials and subjected to melting forming to prepare a pump body; (2) the inner wall of the pump body is coated with a corrosion-resistant layer; and (3) the outer wall of the pump body is coatedwith a protective layer through evaporation. An original one-step forming process is taken apart, melting is performed to prepare the pump body, the corrosion-resistant layer and the protective layerare formed on the inner surface and the outer surface of the pump body correspondingly, the acid and alkali corrosion resistance of the pump body is enhanced, and the service life of the pump is prolonged.
