The invention discloses a test system and method for detecting passive interference influence of a power transmission line on a radar. The system includes a programmable function generator, a signal amplifier, a transmitting antenna, a receiving antenna and an oscilloscope, the programmable function generator is used for generating a sinusoidal periodic signal, the signal amplifier is used for performing power amplification on an analog signal, the transmitting antenna is used for transmitting the analog signal received from the transmitting antenna into a test environment, the receiving antenna is used for receiving the analog signal in the test environment, and the oscilloscope is used for displaying the waveform of the analog signal of the receiving antenna and the output of the programmable function generator. According to the test method, an aircraft is arranged to fly in the test environment, and receiving efficiency of the receiving antenna of the system when the aircraft passesand flies away from the power transmission line is used, thereby obtaining the passive interference level of the power transmission line on the radar.
