The invention relates to a high-safety silicon steel sheet. The high-safety silicon steel sheet comprises a silicon steel sheet body (1) shaped as a circular ring. Two winding support legs (2) are arranged on each of the two sides of the inner side of the silicon steel sheet body (1). An oval rotor space is formed by the inner sides of the two support legs (2). Positioning slots (3) are arranged in the upper and lower sides of the silicon steel sheet body (1). A bump (4) is arranged on each positioning slot (3). Buckling blocks (5) are arranged on the silicon steel sheet body (1). An auxiliarypositioning edge (6) is virtually connected with the excircle of the silicon steel sheet body (1). A groove is arranged in the middle of the auxiliary positioning side (6). An auxiliary positioning strip (7) is arranged in the groove. By using the high-safety silicon steel sheet, no spark is generated in the gap between a rotor and a stator. The silicon steel sheet is highly safe and easy to manufacture.
