一种制备10,10-双取代-2-溴蒽酮的方法，属于有机化学领域。该方法以邻羧基苯甲醛与间二溴苯格氏试剂为原料，经过酯化、叔醇化、环合和氧化，得到10,10-双取代-2-溴蒽酮。该方法原料廉价易得，各步反应条件简单，对含溴官能团容忍性好，为10,10-双取代-2-溴蒽酮的合成提供了一种新途径。

The invention discloses a method for preparing 10,10-disubstituted-2-bromoanthrone and belongs to the field of organic chemistry. According to the method, carboxybenzaldehyde and dibromobenzene grignard reagents are taken as raw materials, which are then subjected to esterification, tertiary alcoholization, cyclization and oxidation to obtain the 10,10-disubstituted-2-bromoanthrone. The raw materials for preparing the 10,10-disubstituted-2-bromoanthrone are cheap and easy to obtain; the reaction steps are carried out on simple condition; the tolerance to brominated functional group is good. Accordingly, the method is a new way for synthesis of 10,10-disubstituted-2-bromoanthrone.
