The invention relates to an easy-to-stack motor stator. The easy-to-stack motor stator comprises a stator body; a plurality of silicon steel sheets (1) are continuously stacked, fixed and pressed so as to form the stator body; each silicon steel sheet (1) is of an annular structure with a through hole (2) formed at the center; 16 wire slots (3) located at the outer edge of the through hole (2) areevenly formed in the silicon steel sheet (1) in a recessed manner; the wire slots (3) are semi-open rectangular slots; four mounting holes (4) are evenly formed in each silicon steel sheet along thecircumferential direction of the silicon steel sheet; the outer periphery of each silicon steel sheet is provided with auxiliary positioning edges (5) and auxiliary positioning bars (6); the auxiliarypositioning edges (5) are virtually connected with the outer periphery of the silicon steel sheet (1); grooves are formed at the middle portions of the auxiliary positioning edges (5); and the auxiliary positioning bars (6) are arranged in the grooves. The wire slots of the motor stator of the present invention are semi-opened rectangular slots, so that the good fixing effect of the easy-to-stackmotor stator can be realized when a coil is wound. The easy-to-stack motor stator of the invention has the advantages of simple processing method, high work efficiency, low labor intensity of workers, high overall quality and good insulation effect.
