The system comprises a database processing system, a vision acquisition system, an image processing system, an image analysissystem and a positioning system, wherein the database processing system is configured to manage multiple vision identification signals and integrate identified information; the vision acquisition system is configured to acquire images; the image processing system is configured to process the images of the vision acquisition system; the image analysis system is configured to analyze the processedimages, and the analyzed images are integrated by the database processing system; the vision acquisition system, the image processing system, the image analysis system and the database processing system are sequentially connected with one another; the positioning system is connected with the vision acquisition system. According to the system provided by the invention, multiple regions can be patrolled simultaneously, and acquired signals are integrated.
