The invention provides a balancing system of a shipping steel reel fixture which is arranged on a fixture body and used for balancing steel reels, and comprises a connecting seat, a telescopic adjusting mechanism and a counterweight, wherein the connecting seat is used for being connected with a swinging arm of the fixture body, the rear end of the telescopic adjusting mechanism is connected withthe connecting seat, the front end is connected with the counterweight, and the distance between the counterweight and the connecting seat is adjusted by the elongation and retraction of the telescopic adjusting mechanism. According to the invention, the distance of the counterweight relative to the fixture body is adjusted by the telescopic adjusting mechanism to realize adjustment for torque, soas to be adapted to steel reels of different weights and adjusting the steel reels to preset positions.
