The invention discloses a double-glycosylation benzophenoxazine photosensitizer as well as a preparation method and application thereof. By sufficient virtue of intake enhancement of tumor cells uponsugar compounds and glycolysis reaction enhancement, a selenium-containing benzophenoxazine compound is subjected to glycosylation, so that the enrichment concentration of a photosensitizer in tumor cells is greatly increased, the targeting property of the double-glycosylation benzophenoxazine photosensitizer disclosed by the invention in the skin tumor treatment process is improved, and the toxicand side effects of photodynamics therapy are greatly degraded. Proliferation of skin squamous carcinoma cells can be efficiently and rapidly inhibited, and normal cells are barely damaged.
