The invention discloses a turbocharger air inlet adjusting device. The turbocharger air inlet adjusting device comprises a sliding block mounting disc, a plurality of fixed blocks, sliding grooves andsliding blocks. According to the turbocharger air inlet adjusting device, the sliding blocks slide in the sliding grooves, and the size of the clearance existed between the sliding blocks and the adjacent fixed blocks is variable, so that the airflow velocity which is blown to a turbine from the clearance is controllable; because the sliding blocks are stably mounted in the sliding grooves, abnormal sound in the working process is avoided, stability is good, and the sliding blocks have the good heat transferring deformation ability; in addition, a track disc can drive a roller and the slidingblocks to move relative to the sliding block mounting disc, so that the size of the clearance existed between the sliding blocks and the adjacent fixed blocks is variable, the positions of the sliding blocks in the sliding grooves can be accurately controlled through the track disc, so that air inletting of the turbine is controlled accurately; and the turbocharger air inlet adjusting device is simple in structure, low in cost and convenient to operate.
