When the tobacco pipe is used, a sealing unit is pressed, a circular protruding part under a sealing top cover extrudes water in the water bin, the water in the water bin flows to the material bin via the water flow pore paths to emit heat, and the generated heat is transmitted to the tobacco shred bin to heat tobacco shred; when the material bin generates heat and the pressure rises, air enters the water in via the air guiding pore paths; and the pressure of the water bin is increased, and the risk is lowered.
