The invention discloses an intelligent sorting system for batch detection of pearl shapes based on machine vision. The intelligent sorting system comprises a frame-shaped support used for bearing equipment. A feeding mechanism is arranged at one end of the frame-shaped support, a vision detection mechanism is arranged in the middle of the frame-shaped support, a sorting mechanism is arranged at the other end of the frame-shaped support, and a conveying belt is arranged on the lower portion of the frame-shaped support. Three upper shaping plates on the upper portion and three upper shaping plates on the lower portion are arranged on the conveying belt, wherein the upper shaping plates are distributed evenly. Holes are formed in the middles of the upper shaping plates in a staggered mode. The feeding mechanism comprises a square hopper, a connecting rod and a vibrating motor. The vision detection mechanism comprises a camera, an LED surface light source, a computer, a driving motor, a rail connecting rod and a lower shaping plate. The sorting mechanism comprises a sorting robot and a sorting container. The sorting robot is arranged over the upper shaping plates. The intelligent sorting system can automatically complete simultaneous detection of a plurality of pearls and carry out sorting, the sizes of the pearls can be further screened through combination of a plurality of lines,the structure is simple, the manufacturing cost is low, batch detection can be achieved, and using and maintenance are convenient.
