On the basis of an existing stitching machine, a rotating rack is added, a rotating plate which is controlled by a servo system and rotates 360degree is installed on the rotating rack, in the cooperation of a moving base, traction belts needing to be sewn are installed on jigs, a control system of the rotating rack is electrically connectedwith a control system of the stitching machine, so that automatic belt lacing is achieved, and the quality is stable; after the traction belt on one of the jigs is sewn by the stitching machine, another jig with the to-be-sewn belt is rotated by the turning plate to the corresponding position of the stitching machine, and meanwhile, the jig obtained after sewing is competed is rotated out of theposition of the stitching machine; while the traction belt on another jig is sewn, workers can take out the sewn traction belt and install the to-be-sewn traction belt onto the jig, the rest can be done in the same manner, and then it is achieved that the automatic sewing efficiency is improved. The other end of the traction belt can be fixed by a fixing frame, when one end of the traction belt issewn, the other end of the traction belt can be fixed into the fixing frame, and interference in the sewing process is avoided.
