The invention discloses a simplified matrix converter model prediction control method with magnetic biasing control. An input filter, a simplified matrix converter preceding converter, a transformer,a post-stage controllable rectifier bridge and a load model as bases, an input voltage and an input current of a network side and an input side voltage and an output current of the simplified matrix converter rectifier stage are sampled, a simplified matrix converter system mathematical model is built and discretized, input reactive power and output current errors are used as target functions, anoptimal switching state is found, a magnetic biasing problem of the converter is solved by using a positive and negative pulse alternative distribution mode, and model prediction control of the simplified matrix converter with magnetic biasing suppression is achieved. According to the method provided by the invention, RMC model prediction control is achieved, so that RMC still can acquire controltarget performance and RMC disturbance rejection can be improved even under the condition of power supply and load disturbance, through adjusting a pulse sequence, the magnetic biasing problem of theRMC transformer under model prediction control can be completely eliminated by using an algorithm.
