The invention discloses a mirror symmetry true random four-state modulation-demodulation method used for an optical fiber current transformer. The method comprises the following steps that the opticalfiber current transformer is powered on and the A/D converter of the optical fiber current transformer starts sampling so as to obtain sampling numbers; the A/D converter transmits the sampling numbers to a data demodulation module, and the data demodulation module generates a random sequence and random modulation frequency according to the lowest bit AD[0] of the sampling numbers; and the data demodulation module generates mirror symmetry true random four-state modulation according to the random sequence and the random modulation frequency. The method has the advantages of two-state, four-state and four-state random modulation-demodulation and can also compensate the defects of two-state, four-state and four-state random modulation-demodulation so that noise can be reduced, the output zero position can be reduced and stabilized and low current test accuracy and DC test stability can be solved.
