The invention discloses highly-elastic and wear-resistant fabric, comprising a fabric bottom layer and a fabric outer layer, wherein the fabric bottom layer is prepared from cotton fiber, carbon fiber, high-strength vinylon fiber and sheep wool fiber, and the fabric outer layer is prepared from linen fiber, ramie fiber, jute fiber, sisal hemp fiber, manila hemp fiber and glass fiber.
