The invention discloses an assembly process of a multimedia navigation panel. The assembly process is realized through the following steps: (1) production of a hot melting tool: two copper plates are prepared; 41 hot melting rivet heads are directly milled on one surface of one copper plate through a CNC carving machine to form a first hot melting rivet head tool; and 63 hot melting rivet heads are directly milled on one surface of the other copper plate through the CNC carving machine to form a second hot melting rivet head tool; (2) the first hot melting rivet head tool is adopted to perform the hot melting connection on a surface cover, a decoration strip, dustproof cloth and a light guide mirror to form a surface cover semi-finished product; and (3) the second hot melting rivet head tool is adopted to perform the hot melting on the surface cover semi-finished product, each function key and a basal body to form the multimedia navigation panel. The whole process has no operation of locking the hot melting rivet head, only needs twice hot melting, is few in assembly hot melting process, is high in assembly speed, and prominently improves the working efficiency twice. The invention further discloses a hot melting system of the multimedia navigation panel.
