本发明公开了一种用户隐私数据的发送方法和接收方法，所述发送方法包括：接收全局参数，所述全局参数包括布隆过滤器参数、隐私预算比例参数和随机化参数；根据隐私预算和所述全局参数随机化用户隐私数据；发送随机化后的所述用户隐私数据。由此，使得用户的个性化隐私保护需求得以考虑，而且不必检测数据收集方是否可信。

The invention discloses an user privacy data sending method and receiving method. The user privacy data sending method comprises the following steps: receiving global parameters, wherein the global parameters comprise bloom filter parameters, privacy budget proportional parameters and randomization parameters; randomizing the user privacy data according to the privacy budget and the global parameters; and sending the randomized user privacy data. By means of the user privacy data sending method and receiving method, the personalized privacy protection needs of the users are considered without the need to check whether the data collector is trustworthy or not.
