The invention discloses a state-recognition-algorithm-based remote control auxiliary checking method of a disconnecting link of a transformer substation. The method comprises: a disconnecting link remote-control instruction module receives a control instruction and controls an image collection module to obtain image information; an image preprocessing module carries out preprocessing on the collected image information; an extraction target region module carries out extraction on the preprocessed image information to obtain target extraction information; on the basis of the target extraction information, insulator positioning and disconnecting link location are determined; and according to the insulator positioning and disconnecting link location, a disconnecting link state is identified and disconnecting link state verification is carried out. In addition, the invention also provides a state-recognition-algorithm-based remote control auxiliary checking system of a disconnecting link of a transformer substation. Therefore, the insulator position can be localized and the disconnecting link state can be identified accurately; the method and system can be applied to a power system monitoring system with the high real-time requirement; the method and system can be used conveniently; the accuracy is high; and the result of designing and analyzing a video image result based on the algorithm can be applied in a deep manner, so that the disconnecting link checking ways in the system become visual and diversified.
