The invention discloses a laundry cabinet and a laundry method. The laundry cabinet comprises a cabinet body, a clothes hanger, a water-spraying device and a water tank, wherein the clothes hanger is arranged in the cabinet body; the water-spraying device is arranged in the cabinet body and can spray water to objects to be washed which are hung on the clothes hanger; the water tank is located below the clothes hanger and used for containing water. When the laundry cabinet is used for washing, the objects to be washed are always in a hung state, water flow is adopted to flush the objects to be washed in the washing process, the objects to be washed can be stretched more, and after washing is completed, clothes are flatter and no crease phenomenon occurs.
