The invention discloses an iced conductor galloping numerical simulation method based on an icing eccentric function. A beam element is adopted to independently create a conductor line section model and an iced line section model, the conductor beam element and an iced beam unit are endowed with section characteristics, an iced conductor finite element model which is consistent with a practical iced conductor section is established, and an influence of the asymmetry of iced load inertia force and the iced conductor section on the integral structure of the iced conductor is added into in a galloping response numerical simulation process. The torsion characteristics of the eccentric iced conductor in the galloping process can be more accurately described, the accuracy of a galloping numerical simulation result is improved, in addition, the establishment of the iced section can give the stress distribution of the conductor and the iced section in the galloping process, the method can be further used for researching conductor strength and icing damage in the galloping process, and a scientific and accurate guiding idea is provided for the galloping research and the anti-galloping design of the conductor so as to provide a powerful and comprehensive guarantee for the safe operation of a power transmission circuit.
