The invention relates to a static hydraulic braking device, and belongs to the technical field of hydraulic transmission. The static hydraulic braking device mainly comprises an output shaft, a body shell, a spigot cover, bearings, a piston, a spring, a friction pair and the like. The two full complement roller bearings which are of different sizes are installed on the output shaft. One bearing is installed in the body shell, and the other bearing is installed on the spigot cover and locally contained in a piston hole. A steel sheet of the friction pair is matched with a concave semicircle of the body shell through three protruding semicircles. A brake release oil port with the section shaped like the Chinese character 'ba' is formed in the outer circle of a brake device. The static hydraulic braking device is simple in overall structure, short in axial size, capable of bearing large radical force and two-way axial force, and good in manufacturability and assembly and maintenance manufacturability.
