本发明提供一种基因VII型新城疫病毒弱毒株WF株，其保藏编号为CCTCC NO:V201708；所述的WF株的P蛋白的第237位和第240位氨基酸发生了突变，其中第237位为苏氨酸，第240位为异亮氨酸。本发明通过自然筛选别获得的疫苗侯选株WF株，通过做成疫苗免疫动物后发现，能诱导产生较高的中和抗体，能抵抗强毒力基因VII型新城疫病毒的侵害，有广阔的应用前景。

The invention provides a genotype VII newcastle disease virus strain WF, wherein the preservation number is CCTCC NO:V201708; the 237th amino acid and the 240th amino acid of the strain WF mutate, wherein the 237th amino acid is threonine and the 240th amino acid is isoleucine. After a vaccine candidate strain WF obtained through natural screening is prepared into a vaccine to immunize animals, the condition that a relatively high neutralizing antibody can be generated through induction is found out; the genotype VII newcastle disease virus strain is capable of resisting damage of a virulent genotype VII newcastle disease virus, and has a wide application prospect.
