The lens comprises a lens matrix, and a wear-resistant hardening layer, an antireflection film layer, an ultraviolet absorption layer, an X-ray reflecting film layer and an antifouling coating film layer which are coated on the surface of the lens matrix from interior to exterior, wherein the ultraviolet absorption layer is a film layer formed by an ultraviolet absorber.
