The present invention discloses a post competence quality evaluation method. The method comprises: S1, establishing an emergency watchstander post competency evaluation index system; S2, establishing the mathematical calculation model of each low-level index; and S3, determining the weight of each index value, performing normalization processing of the same level index to calculate and obtain an upper level index value, and according to the same method, calculating the upper level index step by step upwards until calculating and obtaining the post competency index. The post competence quality evaluation method performs layering representation of emergency duty post competence mental level through quantized big data collection and comparison with norm indexes to perform integration evaluation from two aspects of a basic psychological test and a situation behavior test and analyze emergency watchstanders' post psychological quality potential conditions to the full extent so as to provide better suggest support for employee corresponding subsequent personal capability quality training lifting and tutorship support.
