The business place index standard analysis method comprises the following steps: carrying out n-level hierarchical structure division on a business place according to business rules, each level of hierarchical structure being formed by a plurality of items of indexes; obtaining score of each item of n-level index and obtaining standard score of each item of (n-1)-level index; when n is larger than 2, according to quantization value between two of the plurality of (n-1)-level indexes belonging to the same n-2 level hierarchical structure, calculating total weight of the (n-1)-level indexes; setting the index of the upper-level hierarchical structure to be m items, m=1; and carrying out cycle processing: according to the total weight and standard score of the (n-1)-level indexes belonging to the mth item of (n-2)-level indexes, obtaining standard score of the mth item of (n-2)-level indexes, the (n-2)-level hierarchical structure having b(n-2) items of (n-2)-level indexes; when the m is smaller than b(n-2), replacing the m in the cycle processing by m+1; and when m is equal to b(n-2), replacing the n in the cycle processing by n-1, and replacing the m by 1. The system and method ensure objectivity, accuracy and rationality of index evaluation.
