The invention relates to the technical field of reinforcement for hole forming in reinforced concrete beams, in particular to a device for enhancing bearing capacity and anti-seismic performance of a hole forming reinforced concrete beam. The device for enhancing the bearing capacity and anti-seismic performance of the hole forming reinforced concrete beam comprises a protective sleeve which is arranged in a hole of the hole forming reinforced concrete beam in a penetrating mode, and the outer wall of the protective sleeve is fixedly attached to the inner wall of the hole. The protective sleeve is made from metal materials, and the elasticity modulus of the metal materials is 1.4-2.5 times of the elasticity modulus of the concrete used by the reinforced concrete beam, and the poisson ratio is 0.2-0.46. The device for enhancing bearing capacity and anti-seismic performance of the hole forming reinforced concrete beam is made from softer metal, the stiffness and the elasticity modulus are higher than those of the concrete, and the ductility is good. The device is good for anti-seismic prevention, easy to install, wide in application range, low in reinforcement fee and obvious in effect.
