The invention relates to a wind power abnormal data identification method, wherein the method comprises the steps of classifying the abnormal data according to sources of the abnormal data and irregular changes of a time sequence, thereby obtaining an abnormal data classification result; according to the classification result of the abnormal data, acquiring an abnormal data determining standard; according to the abnormal data determining standard, performing probability change point analysis on a wind power sequence and a wind speed sequence in the same time period, and identifying irregular abrupt changes in the time sequence; establishing a hybrid regression model according to the wind power sequence and the wind speed sequence, and obtaining model change points in the wind power sequence according to importance sequence change of each regression variable. The invention further relates to a wind power abnormal data identification device. The wind power abnormal data identification method and the wind power abnormal data identification device can perform accurate identification on the wind power abnormal data.
