The present invention discloses a gear shifting device for a vehicle. The gear shifting device comprises a selecting actuator having a selecting shaft coupled to an end thereof and providing selected actuation through linear movement of the selecting shaft; a shifting actuator disposed in parallel with the selecting actuator, having a shifting shaft coupled to an end of the selecting actuator, and providing a driving force for shifting actuation through linear movement of the shifting shaft; and an actuating force transmission device, both ends of a connecting rod member of which are connected to the selecting shaft and the shifting shaft. When a rotation shaft linearly moves, the linear movement of the selecting shaft is converted into rotational movement of the shifting shaft through the rotational movement of the connecting rod member, and the shifting shaft rotates around the shaft to be selected for actuation.
