The invention discloses a unit oil return control method, device and system. The method comprises the steps that whether a unit starts oil return control is judged; and if the unit starts oil return control, heated liquid is sprayed to a heat exchanger of the unit, and the heated liquid is used for absorbing heat of the heat exchanger in the oil return control process. Through the unit oil return control method, device and system, the effect that the indoor environment temperature drop in the oil return control process is effectively controlled is achieved.
