The invention discloses a graph guiding optical fiber loop design method and system based on information flowing directions. The method comprises the following steps of obtaining basic information of intelligent devices to be configured; meanwhile, obtaining plug-in port information of the intelligent devices according a back plate drawing provided by an intelligent device manufacturer; obtaining the information flowing directions between the intelligent devices according to the design scheme requirements of an intelligent transformer station; drawing the information flowing direction between the intelligent devices according to the basic information of the intelligent devices, the plug-in port information of the intelligent devices and the information flowing directions; configuring an optical fiber loop according to the obtained information flowing direction between the intelligent devices; after the optical fiber loop connection, selecting a plurality of optical fibers to form each optical cable according to an optical cable plan, and numbering the optical cables; sequentially completing the optical fiber pairing and the optical cable planning in each information flowing direction; finally completing the optical fiber loop configuration work of the whole intelligent transformer station. The problems of insufficient design depth, indirect design result display and the like can be effectively solved.
