The invention provides a non-distortion sling for a large structural reinforcing bars and a hoisting method. The non-distortion sling comprises at least two parallel opposite main beams and a plurality of sub beams vertically fixed to the main beams, wherein first fixing devices are symmetrically mounted on the main beams; the main beams are connected with upper lifting ropes through the first fixing devices; a plurality of second fixing devices are uniformly mounted under the sub beams; the sub beams are connected with lower lifting ropes through the second fixing devices; and the lower lifting ropes are connected with hooks through a lifting rope length adjusting device. In the optimized scheme, tile sensors are arranged, the inclination angle of the sling can be accurately measured, and the sling is in the horizontal state; and through the adoption of the structure, the hoisted large structural reinforcing bar is hoisted at multiple points, the length of the lifting ropes can be adjusted through the arranged lifting rope length adjusting device, the hoisted large structural reinforcing bar is uniformly stressed, and a hoisted large object is not damaged and distorted.
