The invention relates to an intelligent anti-theft device. The intelligent anti-theft device comprises a valve body, wherein the valve body is communicated with an oil delivery pipe manifold and is provided with an oil extracting valve opening; a valve core shaft is fixedly connected on a valve core in the valve body and can rotate, and the free end of the valve core shaft penetrates through the valve body. The intelligent anti-theft device also comprises an anti-theft mechanism, wherein the anti-theft mechanism comprises a shell fixedly connected with the valve body; the shell is internally provided with a locking mechanism which can be locked and can drive the valve core shaft to rotate. The intelligent anti-theft device also comprises a control device which can control the locking mechanism to lock or unlock the valve core shaft. The intelligent anti-theft device has the advantages that the problem of poor safety of the oil extracting valve opening in the prior art is overcome, and an intelligent control device is adopted for monitoring the oil extracting valve opening, so that the safety of the oil extracting valve opening is guaranteed.
