The invention discloses a grid protection board used for gate protection. The grid protection board comprises a port D-Gon and a port D-E which are connected with a driving board to output driving pulse signals, a port IGBT-G which is connected with an IGBT grid, a port IGBT-E which is connected with an IGBT emitter, a grid driving resistor which is connected with between the port D-Gon and the port IGBT-G, a source driving resistor which is connected between the port D-E and the port IGBT-E, and an IGBT conduction voltage release circuit and an IGBT shutoff voltage release circuit which are connected between the port IGBT-G and the port IGBT-E. A part of circuit is additionally arranged, and conduction and shutoff energy is absorbed and released so that the resistance value of the driving resistor can be reduced on the aspect of design and the loss of the IGBT can be reduced; and when the IGBT normally works, the gate voltage can be stabilized at about 16V so as to guarantee the long-term operation performance and the service life of the IGBT.
