A novel cleaning agent for electronic materials comprises the following components by weight: 2-5% of sodium alkyl benzene sulfonate, 4-6% of high-carbon fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether, 0.8-1% of oleic acid triethanolamine, 4-6% of acetamide, and the balance deionized water added to make the total amount of 100%. The novel cleaning agent for the electronic materials takes a water base as a solvent and an anionic surfactant as a main component, thereby reducing environmental pollution and being more environmentally friendly; moreover, the novel cleaning agent for the electronic materials has better cleaning effectiveness, can clean metal ions, organic and inorganic impurities and solid particles on the surfaces of ULSI substrates, electronic glass and the like, and also cannot rust and erode the electronic materials after cleaning.
