The intelligent model is constructed with the electrical equipment being a basic object, the intelligent system of the electrical equipment is established from the aspects of sensing, sensing, analysis, communication, memorizing and behaving, and electrical equipment data and information collection, management and analysis abilities are enhanced on the electrical equipment level.
