The invention discloses an alpha + beta type titanium alloy composite. The alpha + beta type titanium alloy composite comprises, by weight, 7%-8.5% of aluminum, 0.5%-1.5% of vanadium, 1%-3% of molybdenum, 1%-3% of chromium, 0.3%-1% of iron, 0.05%-0.1% of rare earth element, 1.0%-2.0% of (SiC fiber + BC) and the balance titanium and inevitable impurities. The alpha + beta type titanium alloy composite can be produced through general preparation methods, such as a casting press processing method, for titanium alloy, manufacturing methods high in cost are avoided, and therefore industrial mass production of the alpha + beta type titanium alloy composite can be achieved through existing devices. The total weight percentage of carbon, hydrogen, oxygen and nitrogen in the impurities is controlled to be not larger than 0.25%. The vanadium is added in the form of aluminum-vanadium intermediate alloy, the molybdenum is added in the form of an aluminum-molybdenum intermediate alloy, and the rare earth is added in the form of lanthanum-cerium mixed rare earth. Compared with Ti-6Al-4V, the indoor-temperature tensile strength and the yield strength of the alpha + beta type titanium alloy composite are improved by 30% or above, the high-temperature strength of the alpha + beta type titanium alloy composite is remarkably better than that of the Ti-6Al-4V, and the density of the alpha + beta type titanium alloy composite is equal to that of the Ti-6Al-4V. In this way, the alpha + beta type titanium alloy composite is higher in cost-performance ratio than the Ti-6Al-4V and broad in market prospect.
