According to the backlight module, the problem that an existing backlight module cannot achieve display of a narrow border and super thin display simultaneously can be solved. In the backlight module, a light source is embedded inside a first lens structure, the first lens structure is arranged in a first surface of a board body, a second lens structure is arranged on a light outputting surface of the board body, and in this way, the first lens structure is combined with the second lens structure: the first lens structure shields the light source point from a front viewing angle and scatters the light of the light source so as to enlarge a light outputting viewing angle, and the second lens structure scatters the light emitted by the board body, so that the light is subjected to scattering for the last time at the second lens structure of the light outputting surface in the board body after refraction so as to improve homogeneity of the light intensity of the light outputting surface. The backlight module light source does not need to occupy a side edge position of the display device, the light cavity height is effectively compressed at the same time, the thickness of the backlight module is reduced to the greatest extent, and thus thin tendency and a narrow edge design are achieved.
