The invention provides a tension-resisting anti-beam-falling combined shock insulation device and a construction method thereof. The tension-resisting anti-beam-falling combined shock insulation device is characterized by including lead core rubber shock insulation supporting bases used for preventing horizontal falling of beams and tension-resisting devices used for vertical tension resisting; the lead core rubber shock insulation supporting bases are connected between bridge piers and main beams, one end of each tension-resisting device is fixed on the lower bottom surface of the corresponding main beam, the other end of each tension-resisting device is fixed on the top surface of the corresponding straining beam, the tension-resisting devices include upper U-shaped steel members and lower U-shaped steel members, and the upper-portion U-shaped steel members and the lower-portion U-shaped steel members are connected through left hand threads. The tension-resisting anti-beam-falling combined shock insulation device not only can achieve the function of preventing horizontal falling of beams, but also can meet the need of vertical tension resisting, the system is clear, the stress is clear, and the structure is simple; the device is economical and practical, and has good tension-resisting, anti-beam-falling and shock insulation effects and good applicability in the design of bridges in a high intensity earthquake zone.
