According to the development method, developed spatial information service codes are managed and maintained in a Web development environment, and foundation geographic information system facilities, including file components, interface services and data objects, serving as bottom support need to be arranged in a matched mode in the developing and debugging process to be combined with the deployment environment to form a complete spatial information service secondary development and debugging publication environment. Through the method, the development process of the spatial information services can be simplified, and a unified Web-based development environment is provided; at the same time, functional components and service interfaces of various geographic information system platforms are arranged in a matched mode at the background, setup and configuration of the development environment are omitted, service development efficiency is improved, and meanwhile the service publication process can be carried out in combination with the vessel technology.
