The invention discloses an excessive internal heat preventing herbal tea, which comprises, by weight, 15-28 parts of honeysuckle, 7-10 parts of peppermint leaf, 10-15 parts of honey, 3-7 parts of lily, 3-7 parts of hawthorn, 3-5 parts of ficus carica, 15-20 parts of rock candy, and 300-350 parts of water.
