The invention provides a hydropower transportation and inspection visual auxiliary decision system comprising an application server and a mobile visual auxiliary decision client side. The application server is used for performing data exchange and operation instruction issuing. The mobile visual auxiliary decision client side is connected with the application server. The mobile visual auxiliary decision client side is used for extracting visual operation condition, defect maintenance, hydraulic water regime and comprehensive statistics business data. The mobile visual auxiliary decision client side comprises an operation condition module, a defect detection module, a hydraulic water regime module and a comprehensive statistics module.
