The invention provides a feeding device for a zipper sewing machine. The feeding device comprises a rack including a lower support and an upper support; and the upper support is arranged above the lower support. Support posts are arranged at the lower support and extend upwardly to connected with the upper support; the support posts are provided with opposite fixed seats; and I-shaped cylinders are installed between the fixed seats. A conveying mechanism is installed at the upper support and consists of a first rotation shaft, a second rotation shaft and a compression shaft; the first rotation shaft and the second rotation shaft are arranged at the two sides of the compression shaft; compression wheels sleeves the first rotation shaft, the second rotation shaft, and the compression shaft; and spacer rings are distributed at the compression wheels of the first rotation shaft and the second rotation shaft. Using the feeding device, belt feeding of the sewing machine becomes stable; the outage rate of the sewing machine can be reduced; and the production efficiency can be improved substantially. And the good quality of the finished product can be guaranteed.
