The invention relates to a jacking positioning device for a high-voltage mutual inductor assembly line verification system. The high-voltage mutual inductor assembly line verification system comprises a roller line and trays. The trays are placed on rollers. The device comprises a jacking mechanism and a horizontal positioning mechanism. The jacking mechanism is arranged below the rollers. The horizontal positioning mechanism is arranged above the roller line. During wiring of a high-voltage mutual inductor, the jacking mechanism jacks the trays from gaps between the rollers, so that the trays get away from the rollers, the horizontal positioning mechanism jacks the trays from the two sides of the trays in the conveying direction perpendicular to the roller line, and the trays are fixed in position; after wiring is completed, the horizontal positioning mechanism and the jacking mechanism reset, and the trays are returned back to the rollers. Compared with the prior art, the roller line is protected against damage during pressure connection wiring of the mutual inductor, and the service life of the verification system can be prolonged.
