The invention provides a trace tritium enrichment method. By adoption of a double-column combined operating mode, separation power can be increased while pressure drop is reduced, the defect of failure in expansion of separation power of single separation columns due to pressure drop can be overcome, and the defect of high consumption caused by other variable-temperature separation method can be overcome. By means of semicontinuous separation, semicontinuous feeding of raw materials and semicontinuous extraction of products and tail gas can be realized. According to results of semicontinuous separation experiments, after protium-tritium-hydrogen isotope mixed gas being 100ppm in tritium abundance is enriched according to the enrichment method, the total extraction rate of the products and the tail gas is 10%, the tritium abundance of product gas is about 1000ppm, and the content of tritium in the tail gas is about 1-2ppm.
