本发明公开了一种采用雾化水两次激冷冷却合成气的方法。该方法包括如下步骤：将干粉煤进行气化反应产生的合成气利用水蒸汽和雾化水进行一次激冷，再进行变换反应，变换反应完成后再利用雾化水进行二次激冷，激冷完毕完成所述合成气的冷却。本发明的优点在于工艺简单，操作方便，节省投资，缩小了灰水处理规模，大大减轻了污水处理的负担，同时提高了合成气的氢碳比。

The invention discloses a method for twice chilling and cooling syngas by atomizing water. The method comprises the following steps: chilling the syngas produced by the gasification reaction of the dry pulverized coal with water vapor and atomizing water for the first time, and then transforming the reaction gas, and then using the atomizing water for secondary chilling after transforming, and cooling the syngas after chilling. The method has the advantages of simple process, convenient operation, saving investment, narrowing the scale of gray water treatment, greatly reducing the burden of sewage treatment and improving the hydrogen/carbon ratio of syngas.
