The invention provides an energy efficiency resource allocation method and an energy efficiency resource allocation system for a Time Division Long Term (TD-LTE) electric power wireless private network. The method comprises the steps of building an asymmetrical cooperative system, and acquiring relative relations among a lower bound of throughput of the asymmetrical cooperative system, the antenna number and transmitting power allocation via conversion of a Jensen inequation and average value expectation; acquiring the total energy consumption of the asymmetrical cooperative system; acquiring an energy efficiency function expression of the asymmetrical cooperative system; optimizing energy efficiency of the asymmetrical cooperative system, and acquiring an optimal solution of the antenna number and an optimal solution of transmission power allocation; and updating the antenna number to be the optimal solution of the antenna number and updating transmission power allocation to be the optimal solution of the transmission power allocation, and repeating optimization of the energy efficiency of the asymmetrical cooperative system, until both the optimal antenna number and the optimal transmission power allocation are converged. In the whole process, the optimal cooperative antenna number and the optimal transmission power allocation with the maximal system energy efficiency are solved, with no need to occupy excessive outward bandwidth, and the energy efficiency of the TD-LTE electric power wireless private network system can be significantly improved.
