The invention relates to a replaceable axial flow expander structure. Spray nozzle rings and supporting cylinder bodies thereof can be fixed on an air-inlet volute through bolts; moving blade discs are fixed on a mains shaft through end face teeth, a pull rod and a locking nut; the spray nozzle rings and moving blades with different sizes and shapes can be replaced; one stage or multiple stages of blades can be allowed to mount. According to the replaceable axial flow expander structure disclosed by the invention, when the different spray nozzle rings and the moving blades are replaced; design requirements of multiple rotating speeds, power, pressures, temperatures, stage numbers and the like within a certain range can be met; substantial optimization and improvement on equipment are facilitated or test demands of a plurality of pneumatic design schemes can be met by one test bed, and the construction cost of an expander testing platform is greatly reduced.
