本发明的烹调器具备：加热单元，其对内胆进行加热；内胆温度检测单元，其对内胆的温度进行检测；以及控制部，其对加热单元进行控制，其中，控制部具备第1工序和第2工序，第1工序具有加热单元的运转工序和停止工序，将从内胆的温度升高至第1温度阈值的时刻起直至内胆的温度接下来降低至第2温度阈值的时刻为止的时间设定为停止工序的加热停止时间，第2工序根据加热停止时间的增加而使加热单元的输出减小。

A cooker comprising a heating means that heats an internal pot; an internal pot temperature detection means that detects the temperature of the internal pot; and a control unit that controls the heating means. The control unit comprises a first step and a second step. The first step has a heating means operation step and stopping step. The time from when the temperature of the internal pot has reached a first temperature threshold until same has dropped to a second temperature threshold is set as the heating stop time for the stopping step. The second step reduces the output of the heating means in accordance with the increase in the heating stop time.
